Where do you deliver?

We sell across the UK, Europe and USA using Royal Mail.

When will I get my order?

All orders are handmade to order and we aim to ship out within 2-3 working days. We use Royal Mail first class which is 1-2 working days for UK and 1-2 weeks for the rest of the world.

Sometimes couriers do take longer, especially during busy times which is outside of our control.

I’d like to return my order

No problem, please just let us know within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Buyers are responsible for postage costs for returning.

There’s something wrong with my order

Ocasionally, we make mistakes! Please do let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to resolve this for you.

How do I look after my products?

Please wash at 30 degrees and don’t tumble dry. You will find individual care instructions on all our product pages.

What are your products made from?

All our products are handmade from cotton. We even use cotton thread, so they are completely biodegradable.

How long will they last?

All our products will last for several months as an absolute minimum. Many of our cloths and wipes are still going strong after two years!
